Access to this site

Every user of this site does so at their own risk.  Gliming Gold Jewels does not make any representations or warranties of any kind with respect to the site and the use thereof, including the security of any data or information transmitted to the site.  Neither Gliming Gold Jewels nor any other party involved it the creation, production or delivery of this site assumes or accepts any liability for any costs, losses, damages etc. arising out of or in connection with the use and access to this site, or with the failure of performance of this site for any reason.

By using this site you confirm that you are 18 years old or, if you are under 18, that you are accessing the site with the consent of your parents/guardian.  We do not sell goods to children online.  

The images of our products are for illustrative purposes only and any colours may be viewed by you in a differing contrast or colour shade than the actual contrast/colour depending upon the setting on your computer.  The dimensions of the product, where given, are approximate just to give you an idea of the size.

All prices are for UK based customers.  Foreign customers need to contact us by telephone or email to confirm freight costs prior to ordering.  The price of the item/s would thereafter be adjusted according to location/country.  We do not guarantee the acceptance of all foreign orders.   

By completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an 'offer' to make a purchase of goods which, if we accept, will form the basis of the sale.  We will send you an email as soon as possible, to acknowledge your order.  25% of the total value of your purchase will become payable by you as a deposit, which if it is authorised by the card issuing bank, becomes our acceptance of your order.  Please note that once we release the deposit, the remaining balance will become reserved and unavailable for you to spend.  We regret that this is automated and not in our control.  You must then ensure that you have the correct funds to pay off the balance.  Goods will only be despatched to you once full payment has cleared.   We will continue to hold onto the goods until the full amount is paid.  Any goods for which payment has not cleared within the agreed delivery times will incure charges.   We do not have to accept your offer if:

• we do not have the goods in stock or if our suppliers cannot supply us with the goods,
• or if your payment has not been authorised,
• or if there is an error or omission with regards to the price or description of the item/range in question

Our terms and conditions may be updated from time to time.  These changes/additions will be highlighted in red for your attention for a period of one week.  Please check for any such changes.  If you do not accept the terms and conditions please discontinue the use of the site.

Changes/Withdrawls

We reserve the right to change or withdraw any product description or price, be it in part or in full at any time without notice.  Any errors or omissions, be they obvious or to the contrary, shall be accepted to be inaccurate by you (the user).  We shall either correct the error or omission or ultimately withdraw the product in question.
